Refund Policy

At Alasmad, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Timeframe: You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, invoice, or packing slip must accompany your request.
2. Non‑Refundable Items
Opened or used fragrances.
Products missing original seals, packaging, or authenticity cards.
Items purchased during flash sales or clearance (subject to specific sale terms).
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact Us: Email Cs.alasmad@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to 0316‑4346359 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide Details: Include your order number, product name(s), reason for refund, and photos of the sealed product.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review and, if approved, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 1–2 business days.
4. Returning Your Item
Shipping: Once you have your RMA, pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Tracking: Use a tracked courier service and retain the tracking number until your refund is complete.
5. Refund Processing
Inspection: We will inspect the returned item upon receipt (allow up to 5 business days).
Approval: If the item meets our refund criteria, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Deduction: Shipping charges (both ways) and a PKR 300 restocking fee may be deducted from the refund total, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different fragrance or variant, please place a new order on our website. Once your original item is received and approved for refund, the refund amount will be credited, and you may use it toward the new purchase.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
Delay: If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please check your bank statement or payment account.
