Welcome to Alasmad (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://alasmad.com (the “Site”) and any products or services sold through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • Account Creation: To place an order, you may need to register and provide accurate, complete information.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Descriptions: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error‑free.

  • Pricing: All prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place your order.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of your order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including product unavailability or errors in pricing.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is processed securely.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timeline: Orders within major cities generally ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the package.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Policy: You may return or exchange unused products with original tags within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process: Contact our support team at support@alasmad.com or via WhatsApp before shipping back any items.

  • Refunds: Refunds (minus shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.

  • Infringe on others’ rights.

  • Transmit harmful or malicious code.

  • Interfere with the operation of the Site.

9. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Accuracy: We do not guarantee that the Site will be error‑free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alasmad and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alasmad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
